Sunny Break

My uni friend Pernilla and I found a sunny corner the other day where we enjoyed some rare sunshine. The snazzy new part of the University is now finished - just in time for us to leave. We have had 3 years of building works, dust and noise to put up with so we are going to enjoy it as much as we can before we graduate. The design and finish of the new wing is pretty impressive with lots of glass, walnut, stainless steel and - a roof garden!

Skype

I have had Skype for a while now and it is really useful, especially for those friends and family overseas. All you have to do is download the application and set up a username/password etc. and we can chat by text or we can call each other for free. All you need is broadband.

Not long now...

This is where I spend alot of my time at the moment - but not for much longer! Official last day is 1st August. After the end of May much of the coursework wil be handed in, including the dissertation.

Special birthday

On the weekend it was Thom's sister El's 40th birthday party. She celebrated in style with a dinner and drinks at the Cobden Club.
